PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine and pat on bottom and halfway up sides of a 10 inch springform pan.

FILLING:

Beat together until smooth: 2 c. peanut butter, creamy 2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped and folded in

Pour in graham crust. Chill 6 hours or overnight. Then top with 4 oz. semisweet chocolate plus 3 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons hot coffee melted together in microwave. Chill again.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
