MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE | |
2 c. all-purpose flour 2 c. sugar 2 c. walnuts 2 eggs 1 can crushed pineapple with juice Mix by hand above cake ingredients. Grease and flour pan, 13 x 9 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. ICING: 2 c. 10XX confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature Mix until smooth. Spread on cake. |
