SQUASH BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. cooked mashed squash
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. water

Combine above and mix well with mixer.

2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger

Add spices and flour to squash mixture - mix well. Fold in 1 cup raisins and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 65 minutes. This freezes well. Makes 1 large or 3 small loaves.
