CRABMEAT SALAD 
8 oz. crabmeat in sm. pieces
1/4 c. lemon lowfat yogurt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
2 tsp. dried or fresh dill, cut
1/8 tsp. pepper (black or red)

Combine all ingredients. Serve as a salad in tomato shells, green bell pepper, pineapple, melon or avocado halves. Or on a crisp lettuce leaf. Also ideal for sandwiches. Serves 2 to 4 people.
