CRAB SANDWICHES 
1 (6 oz.) crabmeat, thawed
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. horseradish (opt.)
4 to 5 split toasted English muffins
8 to 10 slices tomato
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1/2 avocado, diced
Black olives
Mayonnaise

Drain crabmeat and set aside. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add onions, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Fold in crabmeat. Spread on English muffins, top with tomato. Mix cheese with just enough mayonnaise to moisten and put on top of sandwiches. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with avocados and top with black olives. (NOTE: Imitation crabmeat can be used, diced.)
