CHICKEN BAKE | |
3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour Mix slowly. Add 1 1/2 cups chicken broth; cook until thick. Add 2 cups cooked chicken, 1 cup drained peas, 2 cups cooked carrots, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 2/3 cup mushrooms, and 1 teaspoon salt. Pour into casserole. Prepare biscuit mix; place small biscuits on top. Bake until done and brown at 350 degrees. |
