GRIST MILL HONEY BREAD 
5 c. white flour
4 c. Grist Mill flour
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
3 c. lukewarm water
3 tbsp. butter

Pour a part of the warm water in a bowl with the yeast. Mix all ingredients together and knead until velvety in texture. Let rise until double, punch down and let rise again. Divide into three parts and place in greased loaf pans. Let rise until dough is above the edge of the pan. Bake in preheated oven (385 degrees) for 30 minutes. Remove from pans and brush with butter. Return to oven and bake 15 more minutes.
