CHILE RELLENO BAKE | |
1. Boil 3-4 chicken breasts - remove bones and cut into squares. 2. 1 large can of green chilies (clean out seeds and cut into pieces). 3. Lay chilies flat in bottom of buttered pan (9 x 12 inches). Put chicken on top of chilies and sprinkle 3/4 pound sharp cheese on top. 4. Mix: 1 cup Bisquick, 3 cups milk, 3 eggs. 5. Pour mixture over cheese. 6. Bake for 45 minutes in 300-350 degree oven. |
