QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. boneless sirloin, sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. water
1 env. brown gravy mix
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. sour cream

Cut beef into thin strips. Cook beef and onion in butter until meat is lightly brown. Stir in water, mushrooms (including liquid), gravy mix and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and heat but do not boil. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
