SQUASH CASSEROLE WITH PECAN TOPPING | |
3 c. mashed squash 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. milk 1/4 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. melted butter 1/3 c. flour 1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans Mix together and put in a 2-quart greased casserole. Mix the following and sprinkle over the top: brown sugar, 1/3 cup melted butter, flour, and chopped pecans. Bake 30 minutes at 350°F. |
