SWEET POTATO PIE 
4 sweet potatoes
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
Granulated sugar
Cinnamon
Canned biscuits

Peel and quarter the sweet potatoes; boil until soft. Mash together with the butter and sugar and cinnamon to taste. Roll out biscuit dough to form bottom crust. Place in pie pan and bake at 425 degrees until brown.
