SWEET AND SOUR KEBABS 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. A-1 steak sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
8 oz. pineapple chunks, undrained
1 green pepper, cut up
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
6 mushrooms, halved

Mix beef, 1/4 cup steak sauce, bread crumbs, eggs. Shape into meat balls. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Mix remaining steak sauce with juice. Set aside. Thread meat balls, pineapple, green pepper, tomatoes, and mushrooms on skewers. Grill or boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Brush steak sauce over kebabs frequently. Serve on rice.
