MILLET PATTIES 
4 c. millet, cooked & cooled
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. thyme

Combine all ingredients. Form into patties and brown in skillet.
