BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. Kellogg's All Bran
1 c. Nabisco 100% Bran
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. boiling water

Combine first 7 ingredients. Stir in the cereals and nuts. Mix well and heat in the boiling water. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes in greased muffin tins. The batter will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks. It does not need to be cooked all at once.
