SEASONED BAKED CORN ON THE COB 
4 ears fresh corn
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. freeze dried chives
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove husks and silks from corn just before cooking. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spread herb butter on corn, and place each ear on a piece of aluminum foil; wrap tightly. Bake for 45 minutes, turning occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
