GREEK SALAD 
4 c. red or green cabbage, chopped finely
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
2 pkgs. chicken Ramen noodles, uncooked
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 flavor packet from noodles

Toast sesame seeds and almonds at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Mix shredded cabbage and onion. Toss in toasted sesame seed and almonds. Break up noodles and toss in uncooked. Mix vinegar, sugar, oil, pepper, salt and flavor packet. Pour over ingredients. Toss and serve. (Don't pour on dressing until just before serving.)
