APPLE NOODLE PUDDING 
1 lb. wide noodles
1 c. sugar
1 can apple pie filling
5 eggs
1 c. raisins
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

Crushed cornflakes
Cinnamon
Sugar
butter

Cook noodles according to box. Combine eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and apple pie filling. Pour mixture over noodles. Add raisins and stir into mixture.

Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle topping over noodles mixture. Sprinkle butter pieces on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly. Approximately 45 minutes.
