APPLE CRUNCH 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Cinnamon, a sprinkle

Spread apples in 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Combine oatmeal, flour, eggs, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Crumble on top of apples. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake at 325 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Substitute peaches, cherries or berries for apples if desired.
