CHICKEN PARMESAN 
6-8 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Bread crumbs
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Mozzarella sliced
Parmesan

Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg, then in bread crumbs. Brown in butter, put in shallow baking pan. Put aside. Make sauce. Mix tomato sauce, basil, oregano, rosemary, pepper and pour over breasts. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and top with Mozzarella. Bake until melted. Serves 6-8.
