RUM SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
3 c. plain flour
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. rum flavoring

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well. Add flour and soda. Add vanilla and rum flavoring. Stir well. Add sour cream. Cook at 325°F for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees. Cook for 1 hour and 10-15 minutes. Bake in tube pan.
