1 lb. mushrooms
2 chicken cubes
1/4 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Grated cheddar cheese

Slice mushrooms. Melt butter. Combine all ingredients in a casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
