MOLDED CREAM 
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. hot water
1 c. half and half
1 tsp. almond flavoring

In small pan blend together the sugar and gelatin. Add water and mix well. Let stand 5 minutes. Then bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Remove sugar mixture from heat. Gradually add half and half. In bowl mix the sour cream with flavoring, gradually beat in sugar until smooth. Pour into mold. Chill until set. Serve with fresh or thawed frozen fruit.
