BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 sm. onion, chopped

Cook and drain 2 boxes of frozen broccoli. Put broccoli in casserole dish. Pour sauce over broccoli. Sprinkle 1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix over top. Dot with 1/2 stick butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
