HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. accent
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix above ingredients and cover with 1/2 to 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. Top with 1 cup crushed potato chips. Put in greased casserole and bake 15-20 minutes in 400 degrees. Serves 4.
