LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 pkg. yellow (pudding in mix) cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly; reserve 1 cup of mixture. Pat the remaining mixture tightly into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 15 minutes. Cool; cut into bars.
