CHEESIE MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Cheddar, shredded
1 (4 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar, shredded
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar, shredded
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack shredded
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella, shredded
1 stick butter
1/2 to 2 cans evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. macaroni
3 eggs

In large saucepan, put 1 1/2 to 2 cans milk and add butter to melt. Beat in eggs, add salt and cheese, stir constantly until you have a cheese sauce. Cook macaroni until tender, don't over cook. After draining and rinsing macaroni, pour into cheese sauce and mix well. Bake at 250 degrees until brown and bubbling.
