PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH PEPPER
CABBAGE
 
1 med. head cabbage
1 green pepper
1 med. carrot
1 sm. onion
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light cream
1/3 c. tarragon flavored herb vinegar

Finely chop 1 medium heat of cabbage and 1 medium green pepper. Add grated onion and grated carrot. Blend sugar, salt, cream and tarragon salad vinegar. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well. Serves 8.
