QUICK HIGH PROTEIN BREAD | |
Prep time: 5 minutes Total time: 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes 2 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. soy flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. wheat germ 1/4 c. dry milk powder 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. honey and/or molasses Combine dry ingredients. Dissolve honey and/or molasses in milk. Combine wet and dry. Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Stand for 20 minutes. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. |
