COMPANY HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. (2 chickens) chicken, cooked & diced
1 c. almonds, chopped or slivered
2 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. lemon juice
4 c. celery, diced
4 tsp. onion, grated
1 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
2 tsp. salt
2 c. potato chips, crushed
2 c. American cheese, grated

Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Pile lightly in individual baking dishes or a casserole. Sprinkle with potato chips and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees about 25 minutes. May be prepared the day before. Nice for company. Serves 12 to 14.
