1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar (1 white and 1 brown)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour

Mix oil, eggs, sugar until creamy then add the rest.

TOPPING: (goes on before baking)
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nutmeats
1/3 c. butter
1 to 1 1/2 c. coconut

Mix all together until crumbly like for pie crust. Crumble over cake batter. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch pan.
