CARAMEL ROLLS 
3 tubes buttermilk biscuits (10 per tube)
Cinnamon-sugar mixture

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vanilla ice cream

Separate rolls. Dip in cinnamon-sugar mix. Arrange on ends in pinwheel fashion in a greased Bundt pan. Next, combine topping ingredients and heat over medium flame until mix comes to a boil.

Pour over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and invert onto large platter.
