5-8 apples, diced
1 tbsp. mayonnaise, just enough to coat apples (keeps them from turning brown)
1 heaping tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugared chopped dates
1 sm. tub Cool Whip

Mix the first 6 ingredients together. Fold in the whipped topping.
