CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
2 c. fresh broccoli, cooked 2 c. cooked leftover chicken, cubed 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. bread crumbs Place cooked broccoli in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Arrange cubed chicken over broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice; pour over chicken. Sprinkle crumbs over top. Bake at 325 degrees 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. |
