PISTACHIO TORTE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Mix and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Watch carefully as it burns easily.

FILLING:

2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 oz. Cool Whip or 4 oz. cream, whipped

Mix ingredients together. Spread on cooled crust. Save some to spread on top of pudding.

2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Spread over cheese mixture. Chill. Cut into squares. You can decorate each square with a cherry.
