PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 lg. pistachio pudding mix
1 lg. whipped topping
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix whipped topping and pineapple. Sprinkle pistachio pudding mix over topping and pineapple. Mix well. Add coconut and nuts. Chill 2 hours or overnight.
