VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. bag vegetables, California Blend, frozen

(Super Value brand or Stockleys) (Use 2 of these bags for a 9x12 inch pan.)

1 can cream of mushroom soup for each pkg. vegetables

(Use it condensed.) Blend with vegetables in bowl and place in baking pan.

Slice and place Velveeta cheese slices over the top of the vegetables (can use American cheese, too).

Cut crusts off white bread and dip the bread in melted butter and place these on top of the cheese. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
