1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushroom or celery soup
1 pkg. frozen or canned mixed vegetables
1 1/2 c. water
1 box frozen tater tots

Brown ground meat and drain. Add all other ingredients except tater tots to ground meat in a casserole. Top with tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Reheats great.
