SAUERKRAUT BALLS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. instant onion
1 (16 oz.) can chopped sauerkraut, drained
1 (12 oz.) can corn beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Sweetmilk

Combine ingredients; mix well. Shape into small balls. Roll in flour, then dip in sweetmilk then roll in bread crumbs. Place on cookie sheet, freeze or refrigerate for 2 or 3 hours or until thoroughly chilled or slightly frozen. Deep fry until brown.
