MUSTARD PICKLES 
1 qt. onions
2 qts. green tomatoes
10 qts. cucumbers
1 lg. cauliflower
1 lg. bunch celery
2 green peppers
1 red pepper

Wash and cut up in small pieces. Cover with water and 1 cup salt. Cook until soft. Drain and rinse in cold water.

DRESSING:

5 c. sugar
1 c. flour
6 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. turmeric
1 qt. water
1 qt. white vinegar

Cook until thick. Add vegetables, put in jars and seal.
