MEAT LOAVES ITALIANO 
3/4 c. oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 egg
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine oats, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, egg, 1 teaspoon onion, Italian seasoning, and salt. Add ground beef and mix slightly but thoroughly. Shape to form 4 (4 x 2 inch) loaves, place in 8 inch baking dish or 9 inch pie pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until meat is done; drain.

Combine remaining tomato sauce, onion and garlic powder; cook over low heat until hot. Spoon sauce over meatloaf, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 2 minutes more until cheese melts.
