2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Pepsi
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl, set aside. In a medium saucepan combine butter, Pepsi and cocoa; heat to boiling and pour over flour mixture; beat until well mixed. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, vanilla and marshmallows. Beat well and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until cake tests done. FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Pepsi
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

In medium saucepan combine butter, cocoa and Pepsi; bring to a boil. Place confectioners' sugar in a medium bowl. When butter mixture boils, pour immediately over sugar and mix well. Add nuts and spread over hot cake.
