CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. finely crushed chocolate wafer cookies
1/4 c. butter, melted (1/2 stick)
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs and butter. Pat on the bottom of 9 inch springform pan.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, beat smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

In bowl toss 1/2 cup chips and flour and stir into cheese mixture. Pour into pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup chips on top. Bake 1 hour or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Chill. (Serves 10-12.)
