PICALLALILLI 
1 peck green tomatoes
4 med. onions
1 1/2 pt. peppers, after they are run through food chopper, drain of juice
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. salt
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
1 pt. vinegar

Let stand overnight. In morning boil 5 minutes. This makes 5 quarts.
