MARGARET'S FRESH COCONUT BOWL
CAKE
 
1 angel food cake, broken into bite size chunks (set aside)
1 (0.9 oz.) sugar free instant vanilla pudding
Add 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip, mixing well

(Follow the directions for pudding mixture, let set in bowl until it has thickened).

In large bowl arrange a layer of angel food cake chunks, cover with a layer of pudding mixture, repeat until your bowl is filled one inch from top, cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with fresh grated or frozen coconut. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
