CHERRY CRUNCH 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 egg
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Pat 2/3 of dough in a greased pan, 9x9x2 inches. Spread pie filling over dough in pan. Crumble dough over pie filling. Bake about 30 minutes at 400. Serve warm.
