2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms
Cheese slices
4 oz. noodles (rotini), cooked
1 lb. hamburger or chicken, cooked
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Salt & pepper

Mix together soup, sour cream, and mushrooms. Pour soup mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
