CAJUN HAMBURGERS 
2 lb. ground lamb/beef
1 green pepper, minced
1/2 c. chopped scallions
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. paprika
Red pepper flakes
Salt
6 hamburger buns

Combine the meat, green pepper, scallions, and garlic in a mixing bowl. Add the cumin, oregano, thyme, paprika, and red pepper flakes and salt to taste; mix until blended. Shape the meat into 6 patties.

Broil, fry, or gill the meat to desired doneness. Place the hamburger on toasted buns and top with slices tomatoes and sour cream.
