JAM POTS 
2 c. butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. powdered sugar
4 c. flour
Strawberry jam
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients and press into tart pans. Put a teaspoon of jam into each tart. Top with next mixture, small teaspoon amount. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
