ZUCCHINI TORTELINI SOUP 
1 pkg. mild Italian sausage
3 cans or 1 lg. can tomato soup
2-3 zucchini, sliced
1 pkg. fresh tortelini (cheese)
1 tsp. (to taste) Italian seasoning

Brown the sausage. Drain, then combine all ingredients in a large pot. Add 2-3 cans of water. Cover, simmer on low for approximately 20 minutes. The tortelini will swell, then it is done. Serve with grated (fresh) Parmesan cheese.
