4 c. hot mashed potatoes, instant
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento (opt.)
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Blend above ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in 1 quart casserole. NOTE: If use instant mashed potatoes follow directions on package before adding other ingredients.
